Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Yuossi Ltd ("Company," "we," "us"). We operate in Canada and the United States ("CA/US") and serve clients in both jurisdictions. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide media buying and marketing services, including paid media strategy, campaign management, creative coordination, funnel optimization, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in your proposal or statement of work.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated, work begins after a signed agreement and the initial payment are received. Standard terms are Net 7 for invoices. Retainers are billed in advance. Late payments may result in pauses to work and access to deliverables. Client is responsible for all media spend and third-party platform costs.

Cancellations & Refunds

For retainers, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Work completed and media spend are non-refundable. For one-off projects, payments are non-refundable once work has started due to time and resource allocation.

No Guarantees

Marketing performance depends on multiple factors outside our control (market conditions, platform changes, creative fatigue, website conversion rate, and offer strength). We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or ROAS. We commit to best-practice execution and transparent reporting.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely approvals, access, and assets required to deliver the work.
• Maintain compliance with advertising platform policies and local regulations.
• Ensure claims, offers, and landing pages are accurate and lawful.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it only for the purposes of delivering or receiving the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
